Unique ability:
Vero brings a powerful blend of emotional intelligence, curiosity, and drive to every team she’s part of. She is highly relational, detail-oriented, and thrives on learning, quickly absorbing information and turning it into meaningful action. Known as the “best hype woman,” she uplifts those around her while staying grounded in growth, resilience, and authenticity. She has a gift for connecting with people, remembering what matters most to them, and helping bring out their best.

Born in Queens, New York, and raised in Los Angeles, California, Vero built a 12-year foundation in banking that spans both private and business clients. As a Private Banker, she advised ultra-high-net-worth individuals on comprehensive financial planning, portfolio construction, asset allocation, tax optimization strategies, trust and estate planning, and philanthropic giving. As a Business Banker, she provided consultative guidance on access to capital, business expansion strategies, and financial solutions – helping entrepreneurs and business owners think strategically about growth. Together, these experiences gave her a rare, full-spectrum view of how individuals and the businesses they build create and preserve wealth. Driven by a desire to serve people more holistically, she went on to found Big Dream Consulting, a coaching and transformational retreats practice where she helped clients reconnect with their purpose, build empowering habits, and design lives of intention. Before joining GIA, she deepened her financial planning expertise at a local RIA, bringing her full breadth of experience, from private banking to entrepreneurship, into a dedicated paraplanning context.

Vero has always been passionate about transforming lives for the better, and she sees financial planning as a powerful tool to do just that. She loves strategizing with clients, building comprehensive plans, and watching them come to life. “Financial planning is where analytical rigor meets meaningful human impact. Leading people to financial peace, independence, and generosity is perfectly aligned with how I want to serve my family, community, and clients.” She believes financial peace creates space for generosity, and that ripple effect is what makes this work deeply meaningful.

Vero holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Spanish Studies from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.

Vero – Family:
Vero lives in Atlanta’s Upper West Side with her husband, Ethan, and their mini goldendoodle, Lola. They are passionate foodies who love discovering new restaurants, hosting dinner parties, and gathering people together. You can often find them at Atlanta Braves or Falcons games, out exploring the city, or enjoying a cozy meal at home with friends and family.

What she is most proud of – Setting high standards and long-term goals for herself and having the discipline and courage to achieve them. She is especially proud of taking risks, changing careers, and even relocating to pursue a more aligned and fulfilling life.

If she could share one message with the world, it would be – Be mindful & loving in how you speak to yourself; aim to be your own best friend. The relationship you have with yourself is the longest one you’ll ever have!

One lesson she keeps relearning – Not to people-please and be a yes-person. She believes in putting her “oxygen mask on first,” knowing that when she prioritizes her own well-being, she can show up more fully and serve others at a higher level.

Best piece of advice she’s ever received – That she is not defined by her past or where she came from, and that her future is wide open and bright! This perspective, shared by her high school mentor, continues to shape how she approaches growth, opportunity, and possibility.

If she had a Ferris Bueller-style day off –  She would sleep in (aka no alarm set!), enjoy a relaxing spa day, have a long Mediterranean lunch surrounded by her closest friends from across the country, and end the day with an incredible sushi dinner with Ethan, followed by cuddling up with Lola.

Three people she would love to have dinner with – Her great-grandmother Maria Luisa, an accomplished midwife in El Salvador, to hear her story firsthand; Beyoncé, to talk about excellence, legacy, and artistry; and Mark Divine, whose teachings on discipline and mindset have deeply influenced her journey.
