Client satisfaction score is based on Client Surveys sent to the current customers in May of 2023. Out of the total of 369 client households, we received 103 individual client responses, of which 98 responded that they are satisfied with their experience with GIA.

Neither the customer nor The Ramsey Show were compensated for mentioning GIA in this broadcast. GIA pays Ramsey Solutions a fee to be vetted for and included in Ramsey’s SmartVestor program.

To receive the Five Star Wealth Manager award, a wealth manager must satisfy 10 objective eligibility and evaluation criteria that are associated with wealth managers who provide quality services to their clients. Factors taken into account include assets under management and client retention rate. Candidates also undergo a thorough regulatory and complaint review.
Three of our CFP® professional advisors, namely Tim Goodwin, Joe Beckford, and Justin Pitcock, recently received the 2023 Five Star Wealth Manager award. Tim Goodwin received the 2023 Five Star Wealth Manager Award for the Atlanta Region on 9/1/2023. The award was issued by Five Star Professional (FSP) for the time period 11/14/22 through 5/31/2023. Justin Pitcock received the 2023 Five Star Wealth Manager Award for the Atlanta Region on 9/1/2023. The award was issued by FSP for the time period 11/14/22 through 5/31/23. Joe Beckford received the 2023 Five Star Wealth Manager Award for the Atlanta Region on 9/1/2023. The award was issued by FSP for the time period 11/14/2022 through 5/31/2023.
They were nominated by GIA for consideration, and GIA did not pay any fees to FSP for the research and the awards, although GIA did subsequently pay FSP for use of the logo on our website.
